No complains at all - great rooms and breakfast. It will take about 15 minutes to reach al ghurair center by foot.

Choosing for lunch bait al mandi restaurant, which is situated 300 metres away was a good idea. Free parking on site was provided. One of our favourite spots swissotel spa and sports was next to this place:)))

can’t complain about anything, the hotel was absolutely fine for short stay. everything was very clean, staff was useful. deira could be reached without difficulty as it’s 1 km away.

The staff were not helpful. The loud voice of night club interrupts sleeping.

The price of the rooms was reasonable comparing to the standard of the hotel and services.

I noticed that the rooms booked through any website not only yours are not to that standard, i think this is the hotels policy for the remote bookings, may be they prefare the direct booking which is more profitable to them by barging with the visitor.Please clarify this point with your hotels,however this will not effect my relaionship with Booked.net online hotel resevations.Thank you for your cooperation.

It was my 4th time staying there but this time, the staff was not courteous enough to attend to my small requests.

the inclusions of airport pick-up/drop and breakfast in the room rates. also the complimentary shuttles to different places of interest was great convienance saving lot of time n expenses. Metro Manila has a great band with exciting dance n music.

should review their policy of needing original passports of female guests in the rooms. it should be more flexible as dubai is considered a fun city..it will also increase your clients list.

no drinking water only first day 2 bottles given complimentary,we stayed for six nights, second thing upto 3 oclock very noise with ground floor entertainments,arrange sound proof double door system,,because of that ur bookings will come down,make false ceiling of sound proof,doors sound proof,noise will be less,so that other hotel guests will have nice sleep,do immediately with sound proof engineers.

Worst hotel I've stayed and I'm a travel agent. No way a 4 star more like 2 star. Pool area grotty. Rooms need revamping.

Poor services, poor management, bad tv, lack of slippers in the room, old and awful looking towels, less than 4 star amenities, cheap environment (as if it is a place for picking up bad ladies), extremely expensive internet services: encouraging people to go to the near by internet cafés.

The Grand Moov has a unique style of interior design which is a welcome change from most mid-range hotels. It is clean and quiet, the staff were helpful, and it was the perfert place to rest on a short stopover in Dubai. I would stay there again.
